Scott Sivan, Architect
is a graduate of the Southern California Institute of Architecture, SCI-Arc (B. Arch 1985), after studying at UC Berkeley School of Environmental Design, and a licensed architect in the state of New York. He has 35 years of international experience as an architect, builder, project manager, general manager and developer, in the capacities of consultant and owner, working in the United States, Italy, Israel, Czech and Slovak Republics, Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Bosnia-Hercegovina. His comprehensive knowledge gained by working in multiple cultures with a wide range of project types, performing and conducting all aspects of the design, construction and development process, gives him a unique insight into the needs of any project from the conceptual to the financial.
